At Micro-Matics we are extremely knowledgeable about the specialized machining needs of the computer, semiconductor and electronic fields. We have machined many custom components for these industries including screws, standoffs, spacers, inserts, knobs, caps, contacts, and guide pins for the industrial, circuit board and molded connector industries.
Our machinists understand the special demands of semiconductor components and are experienced and knowledgeable. We work with our customers to provide quick turn prototypes as well as production quantities. We can also provide subassemblies or partially assembled units per your drawings.
New Orders
New orders initiate a comprehensive process plan that is designed to maximize productivity and minimize costs. This plan includes the selection of the most appropriate equipment and tooling, and establishes finishing and packaging methods. All aspects of the drawing are reviewed and your requirements are specified in a control plan. Any questions that arise are immediately discussed with our customers to ensure a thorough understanding of your needs.

Manufacturing Standards
Request a Quote
Submit your job prints and specs by email or by fax 763-780-2706. There is a 6 MB limit on each file emailed. If you have more than four files or file is larger than 6 MB, please zip files. Please attach zip, sld, edw, tif, dxf, dwg, gif, jpeg, pdf, or doc files only. We will prepare a quote for you promptly. Please do not send more than 10MB of data (images, documents, etc..) per e-mail otherwise the e-mail will be bounced back to you.
