Micro-Matics is well equipped to meet the highly specialized machining requirements of medical parts and dental components. We can manufacture small diameter components requiring strict tolerances and superior finish. We work with our customers to provide quick turn prototypes as well as production quantities. Micro-Matics can also provide subassemblies or partially assembled units per your drawings.
We are capable of manufacturing ultra small to medium sized precision machined medical parts and dental components for use in either hand devices or implants. We have extensive experience machining 300 and 400 series SST, titanium, plastics, nickel and various exotic alloys. We are confident we can meet or exceed your industry demands.

Our highly skilled second operations department performs extremely intricate microscope deburring, buffing, hand deburring and 100% inspection.
New Orders
New orders initiate a comprehensive process plan that is designed to maximize productivity and minimize costs. This plan includes the selection of the most appropriate equipment and tooling, and establishes finishing and packaging methods. All aspects of the drawing are reviewed and your requirements are specified in a control plan. Any questions that arise are immediately discussed with our customers to ensure a thorough understanding of your needs.

Submit your job prints and specs by email or by fax 763-780-2706. There is a 6 MB limit on each file emailed. If you have more than four files or file is larger than 6 MB, please zip files. Please attach zip, sld, edw, tif, dxf, dwg, gif, jpeg, pdf, or doc files only. We will prepare a quote for you promptly. Please do not send more than 10MB of data (images, documents, etc..) per e-mail otherwise the e-mail will be bounced back to you.
